Unless specified otherwise, our remote support charge is $98/ hour, with a minimum of 1/2 hour.

Instructions for remote support:

Firefox Users
  1. Click on the green star above, and click on "SAVE FILE"
  2. On the Download window that opens up, Double-Click on the REMOTE_SUPPORT.EXE icon:
  3. You MIGHT see a popup saying "remote_support.exe" is an executable file. Executable files may contain viruses or other malicious code that could harm your computer. Use caution when opening this file. Are you sure you want to launch "remote_support.exe"?- Please click on OK:
  4. you will see another security warning. click on RUN:
  5. On the "OneClick" window, click on YES:
  6. You will now see the following window:
  7. after UP TO 30 SECONDS, you will see this screen:
  8. Click on the session you were asked to by our technician.
Internet Explorer Users
  1. Click on the green star above
  2. On the "File Download" screen that comes up click "Run":
  3. you will see a security warning. click on RUN again:
  4. On the "OneClick" window, click on YES:
  5. You will now see the following window for a short moment:
  6. after UP TO 30 SECONDS, you will see this screen:
  7. Click on the session you were asked to by our technician.
