POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Process incoming phonecalls and route or provide assistance as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule all appointments for all field technicians
  • Scheduling technicians with on-site service calls (Using Outlook 2007)
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Pay bills
  • Invoice customers (Quickbooks 2007)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Outstanding people skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional and dependable individual.
  • Must be able to work well independently
  • Minimum of 3 years of office related position
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

We are looking for asistance in the adminstrative aspect of our business where the new team member will handle multiple phone lines, and provide basic administrative duties. The receptionist will be scheduling appointments, inputting invoices in QuickBooks, copying, faxing and most importantly accommodating our clients over the phone.
We require that you have some knowledge with Outlook and Quickbooks, and that you have a comfortable level of usage of the internet and basic computer usage.
