We are is a fast growing IT company, located in Scottsdale, AZ and provide IT services for clients valley wide.
We focus on small and medium businesses' IT support, and offer veriaty of service to our clients, from server/desktop sales, thru website design, to network maintenance and daily support of servers etc.

As part of our growth, we are looking for an IT professional with managerial skills, and at least 2 years of "hands-on" experience in the following areas:

• Networking (wired, wireless, VPN, basic QoS, firewall configurations).
• Server OS (windows 2000 and 2003/ SBS).
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, AD etc.
• Windows advanced Troubleshooting, virus removals, spyware, BSOD troubleshooting etc.
• Exchange Server installation, configurations and troubleshooting.

Major Responsibilities:

• on-site hands-on work with servers/ networks/ installations/ troubleshooting etc, as needed
• Assist the owners of the company with expanding the list of services and build additional teams/ team members
• overlook the technician performances of the technicians and office staff
• Use your managerial and technical experience to create, promote and implement new projects

• Imagination and willing to expand

• Have you had "hands on" experience with servers for more than 2 years?
• Do you have your own vehicle?
• Are you willing to drive valley wide to clients homes and offices if need be(with compensation for mileage)?
• Do you know the difference a switch and a hub?
• Can you install and configure Windows SBS 2003 from scratch, including RAID, exchange, DNS, DHCP, FTP, and active directories?
• Do you know what is the minimum amount of hard drives that must on RAID 5?
• Do you know how many usable IP address there are on a class C subnet?
• Do you know the default location of the login scripts on SBS 2003?
